Ingredients

  • 1 big Granny Smith apple

  • 2 stalks of medium-sized Celery

  • 2.4 Oz (70 g) plain non-fat Greek yoghurt or coconut yogurt

  • 2 leaves Basil (optional)

Directions

  • Dice the apple into medium dices.
  • Cut 2 stalks of celery into bite-size pieces.
